Whether looking to learn a new skill or brush up on an old one, Angus has the ideal terrain for navigation, with instruction available in all aspects of land navigation.

If you don't know your grid references from your contours or map settings from magnetic variations, this is for you.

National Navigation Award Courses can be provided and certified from Bronze through to Gold levels and can be arranged as part of a fabulous weekend break.

A variety of orienteering courses have been set up in the country parks across Angus, with maps available at the Ranger bases, while bespoke orienteering courses can be set up as a fun day out or as a group or team-building activity.
